Choose your spot in nature

Choose your spot in nature, in your own garden, in parks in and around Antwerp, ... . For example, the Kalmthoutse heath or Vordenstein park are ideal places to relax in nature without too many visitors.


Listen & Feel

Open up your senses and let yourself feel the natural surroundings, such as the sun, wind, and bird songs, ... I observe and listen to your body, and by doing so, I detect any tensions on your body. By creating a space to listen to the body, you can naturally and spontaneously release any tensions.



Self-Healing. The natural elements, such as birds and wind, as well as my hands, my presence, my heartbeat and your own presence, all have an impact on your system. The space created, ensures that something changes and healing can happen very spontaneously and naturally.

Good to know

  • Nature plays a role.

  • Thanks to my training in osteopathy, I have developed a keen sense for identifying tension in the body, and can easily locate these areas. The key is to give these parts of the body enough space and attention to allow the energy to flow through them again. My ability to feel the right intensity and technique needed to relax those parts of the body is the result of years of experience as a physiotherapist and osteopath.

  • Sometimes there are layers of tension that may not require verbalization/words. Certain types of tension simply need to be acknowledged and felt.

Practical information

  • Sessions typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on when the body signals that it's had enough.

  • The price for a session is 60€, excluding any transportation costs of 0.37€ per kilometer.

  • In case of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

  • You can make appointments from April till November.

  • Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, we will unfortunately need to charge you for the consultation.
